Insurance Information

At North Bellmore Dental Associates, we are happy to cooperate with your insurance company in order to help you receive the maximum benefits available under your policy.  Our staff is very experienced in completing and filing your insurance claim forms.  We do this as a courtesy for our patients. Please remember that you, not your insurance company, are responsible for payment of all fees. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff.

If you have dental insurance you can assign your benefits to us and we will send you a monthly statement.  Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks.  Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. 

Please bring your insurance information with you to your appointment so that we can expedite reimbursement.
